While at GVSU: Set the school record and placed sixth at nationals in the decathalon...Took fourth in the high jump at GLIAC Indoor Championships...Finished sixth in the high jump at the GLIAC Indoor Championship with a jump of 6'2.75"....Placed fourth in the 400 hurdles and 6th in the 110 hurdles at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship with times of 55.18 and 15.46 respectively....Broke the GVSU record in the 400 hurdles with a time of 53.33.

High School: Prepped at Holt High School...Placed seventh at the state meet in the 300 hurdles in 2003....Set Holt's school record in the long hurdles.

Career Best: 7.51 in 55m hurdles, 130' in discus, 36' in shot put, 6'8" in high jump, 15.0 in 100m hurdles, 187' in javelin, 4:24 in 1500, 22'6" in long jump, 50.00 in 400m.
