2003-2004: Recalled to active duty with the Coast Guard.
2002-2003: Finished fourth at the GLIAC Cross Country Championship....Earned First Team All-Conference and All-Region honors....Recorded a season best time of 25:17 in the 8K....Set the school record in the indoor 5K with a time of 14:36....Finished third in the 5K and the 3K at the GLIAC Indoor Championship.
2001-2002: Competed at Eastern Michigan University....Recorded season bests of 4:16 in the mile, 8:37 in the 3K, and 14:35 in the 5K.
2000-2001: Redshirted.
High School: Earned All-State honors in the 3200 and the 4x800....Also lettered in basketball....Ran personal best times of 2:01 in the 800, 4:26 in the 1600, 9:26 in the 3200.
