2010 Track: Qualified provisionally for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 10,000m run with a time of 30:28.73 at the Mt. SAC Relays.
2009 Cross Country:Placed third at the Vanderbilt Invitational with a time of 26:04...Placed 13th at the GLIAC Championships with a time of 25:24...Crossed the finish line fourth at the NCAA Midwest Regionals with a time of 32:32.
2009 Track: Ran a P.R. of 8:48.83 for 3000m at the Eubanks Open...Ran 14:54.49 at the GVSU Big Meet...Finished third at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships in the 10000m with a time of 31:36.54.
