2002-2003: Placed 21st in the hammer throw at the USATF Junior National Championship....Recorded best hammer throws of 169'5'' with the 6K and 154'4'' with the 16 lbs.

2005-2006: Two-time NCAA National qualifier in weight throw in indoor track...Took second place in the hammer throw at the 2005 & 2006 GLIAC Outdoor Championships...Placed 11th at nationals in 2005 and ranked eighth in 2006...Was an academic all-american, vice president of SAAC, and on the Dean's List...
