2002-2003: Recorded a 26:09 at the Roy Griak Invitational and a 25:51 at the Drews meet for the Badgers...Suffered a stress fracture during the track season.

2001-2002: Achieved season best time of 8:40 in the 3K on Notre Dame,s indoor track...Ran 14:52 in the 5K at the Stanford Outdoor Invitational.

2000-2001: Redshirted.

High School: Earned All-State honors four times in track and cross country...Served as the alternate for the 1999 Footlocker Cross Country National Championships...Finished fourth in the Mideast Cross Country Meet of Champions...Recorded personal best times of 15:19 in cross country and 9:15 in the 3200.
