2003-2004: Took seventh in the 800 at the GLIAC Indoor Championship with a time of 1:56.31....Anchored the 4x800 team to a new Grand Valley Outdoor record with a time of 7:44.01....Took second place in the 800 and 4th place in the 4x400 at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship with times of 1:53.5 and 3:22.4 respectively.

High School: Earned All-State honors his senior year with a time of 1:55.5 in the 800....Also lettered in football and basketball.
