Field Athletes Lead the Way at GVSU Holiday Open
Jumpers and throwers win three events with three provisional marks
2011 Track: Participated only during the indoor season...Part of 4x400 relay team that finished second at the Bob Eubanks Open with a time of 3:18.16...Finished sixth in the 200 meter dash at the Mike Lints Alumni Open with a time of 22.52 seconds...Helped 4x400 relay team to a fourth place finish at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 3:19.01...Placed third in the 200 meter dash at the GVSU Tune-Up with a time of 22.43 seconds.
2010 Track: During the indoor season, he was part of three winning 4x400 relay teams...Crossed the line in 3:18.33 to win the GVSU Holiday Open...Won the GVSU Open with a time of 3:20.68...Ran the event in a time of 3:18.54 at the Grand Rapids Championships...Individually, he finished second in the 200 meter dash at the Mike Lints Alumni Open with a time of 22.54 seconds and fourth in the 400 meter dash at the GVSU Open with a time of 49.82 seconds...Finished third in the 200 meter dash at the Grand Rapids Championships with a time of 22.62 seconds...At the GLIAC Indoor Championships, he was part of the 4x400 relay team that finished third with a time of 3:18.48 and fnished in ninth place in the 400 meter dash with a time of 49.62 seconds...During the outdoor season, he was part of the top 4x100 relay team...Helped them to a third place finish at the FSU Bulldog Open with a time of 42.29 seconds and helped team to a victory at the Aquinas Open with a time of 42.10 seconds.
