Results

Allendale, Mich. - Grand Valley State was defeated by Mercyhurst 6-3 in GLIAC tennis action on Saturday at Riverview Tennis Club. The Lakers won two of the three doubles matches but were unable to pull out enough wins in the singles contests. GVSU falls to 4-10 on the season, and 1-3 in the GLIAC.

Kyle Dehne led GVSU with a victory at #3 singles winning 3-6, 7-6, 6-0. Denhe also posted a win with Pete Schwallier at #2 doubles. Mike Rhoads and Nick Cron also earned an 8-2 win at #3 doubles.

GVSU will host Findlay on Sunday at Riverview starting at 10:00 am.
