Buffalo, N.Y> - The Grand Valley State women's swimming & diving team finished 23rd with 18 points at the 2007 NCAA Women's Swimming & Diving Championships in Buffalo, N.Y., while the men claimed 28th.Jennifer Hillson recorded the Lakers' best finish at the Championship, earning all-america honors with an 8th-place finish on the 3-meter diving board with a score of 350.95. Raelyn Prelewitz finished 15th on the 1-meter board, recording 282.75 points. Joel Overway finished 11th on the 3-meter diving board with a championship total of 351.05.

The Lakers' 200 medley relay team of Danielle Buglio, Sam Stump, Jenna Thayer and Allison Scholz finished 15th with a time 1:49.89. Jenna Thayer touched in 58.81 to finish 16th in the 100 butterfly.
