High School: Prepped at Livonia Stevenson under coach Jeff Shoemaker...Was a state qualifier as a sophomore...Led his team to the conference championship as a junior while being named all-state and all-conference...As a senior, he was all-state and all-American while leading his team to a fifth place state finish and conference championship.
