Results

Grand Valley State's men's golf team finished in fourth place with a three round score of 905 at the GLIAC Championships in Erie, Penn. Saginaw Valley State won the title with a score of 898.

Junior Steve Larson tied for second place with a 219 (73, 72, 74), while sophomore Tony Mango shot a 227 (79, 74, 74), tying for 10th place overall. Junior Kyle Murphy tied for 14th place after shooting a 288 (77, 75, 76) and sophomore Josh Orler posted a 231 (78, 75, 78). Sophomore Mark Pawlowski recorded a 233 (79, 75, 79), which tied for 27th.

The Lakers will conclude the fall season by playing a two day tournament, the IPFW Invitational, on Oct. 17-18.
