Results

Grand Valley State men's golf team shot a 603 (307, 296) on day one of the GLIAC Championships held in Erie, Penn. The Lakers are just four-strokes behind first place Saginaw Valley State (599). The ten teams will finish play with 18 holes on Tuesday, Oct. 11.

Junior Steve Larson is in second place after he shot a two round 145 (73, 72). Junior Kyle Murphy is tied for 15th after posting a 152 (77, 75). Sophomores Josh Orler (78, 75) and Tony Mango (79, 74) are both tied for 17th place with a 153. Sophomore Mark Pawlowski recorded a 154 (79, 75), tying for 22nd.
