Men's Golf in Third Place at GLIAC Championships
 

 
 
 

 
Kevin Kremer is in fifth place overall after day one of the 2003 GLIAC Men's Golf Championships.

Grand Valley State is in third place after two rounds on day one at the GLIAC Championships in Erie, Penn. The Lakers shot a 303 in the first round, followed by a 296, to give them a two-round total of 599, which is 10 strokes behind the leader, Wayne State University.

Kevin Kremer is in fifth place after shooting a 73 three in both rounds for a 146 total. Brad Franz is tied for 14th place with a 151, Jacob Hamilton is tied for 22nd with a 153, and Glenn Desgranges shot a 155 and is tied for 28th place. Kyle Murphy rounded out the scoring for the Lakers with a 156, which ties him for 31st place.

The teams will continue play on Tuesday, Oct. 7.
