Results

Allendale, Mich. - Grand Valley State shot a 36-hole total of 603 (300-303) at the GVSU Fall Invitational to finish second behind Findlay's 595. The Lakers fired a first-round 300, followed by a 303 in round two. GVSU's Steve Larson tied for medalist honors with a 36-hole total of 147.

Josh Orler shot a 149, followed by Tony Mango (152), Kyle Murphy (155) and Gary Witkowski (158). The Laker blue team finished sixth with a two-round total of 622. Mark Pawlowski fired a 151, while Chris Johnson and Justin Mack each fired a 154.

Grand Valley State will return to action for an NCAA Regional #1 in South Haven (9/25 and 9/26).
