Results

Grand Valley State finished second in the Bulldog Men's Fall Invitational on Sunday. The Lakers shot a 295 on Sunday, which gave them a two day score of 586. Host school Ferris State won the invite by five strokes, posting a 581.

Junior Steve Larson tied for second place with a 142 (72, 70). Sophomore Tony Mango shot a 145 (68, 77), which tied him for sixth place. Junior Kyle Murphy tied for 10th place with a 147 (75, 72) and sophomore Josh Orler recorded a 153 (76, 77). Senior Gary Witkowski rounded out the scoring by shooting a 157 (81, 76).

The Lakers will host the Grand Valley State Invitational on Monday, Sept. 19 at the Meadows Golf Course.
