Georgetown, Ky. - Josh Orler and Tyler Hering tied for eighth place to help Grand Valley State take third overall at the Northern Kentucky Spring Regional. Orler and Hering both finished at -1 (143) to lead the Lakers. GVSU's next meet is on April 13-14 at the Ashland University Invitational in Ashland, Ohio.
Orler shot a two-under 70 on day two to finish at 143, while Hering hit par on day one and came in at one-under on day two. Josh Burt used a one-under 71 on day one to finish tied for 19th place at 146. Matthew Malloure and Mike Basinski rounded out the scorers for the Lakers, tying for 61st place at 152.
