Grand Valley State won the Tusculum Invitational by two strokes, tallying a two round score of 588. The Lakers edged out Saginaw Valley State who finished in second place with a 590. Steve Larson led GVSU, finishing one under par. He took second place with a two round total of 141 (70, 71).

Junior Josh Orler tied for 11th place with a 149 (74, 75) and senior Kyle Murphy fired a 150 (73, 77), which tied him for 19th place. Junior Tony Mango tied for 23rd place after shooting a 151 (71, 80) and sophomore Matt Johnson recorded a two day score of 155 (78, 77).

The Lakers will compete in the Wisconsin-Parkside Invitational on March 24-25 in Columbus, Ind.
