Allendale, Mich. - #1-ranked Grand Valley State (11-0) will host East Stroudsburg University (11-2) in an NCAA DII semifinal contest Saturday, Dec. 3 at 1 p.m. in Lubbers Stadium. The winner advances to the NCAA DII National Championship Game Dec. 10 in Florence, Ala.

Grand Valley State advanced to the semifinal contest with its 24-17 victory over GLIAC rival Saginaw Valley State last Saturday in Lubbers Stadium, while East Stroudsburg defeated C.W. Post 55-28 in the Northeast Regional final.

Grand Valley State, 15-2 in its last 17 NCAA DII playoff games, will square off against East Stroudsburg for the first time in school history. GVSU is looking for its fourth title game appearance in the last five years.
