Allendale, Mich. - The two-time defending NCAA DII National Champion Grand Valley State Laker football team will hit the road for the 14th time in its last 18 games this Saturday (Nov. 20) for an NCAA DII playoff contest at Northwood University. Kickoff at Hantz Stadium is set for 12 noon. Grand Valley State, which is making its fourth straight NCAA DII playoff appearance, enter the contest having won nine consecutive playoff games.

Tickets will go on sale at 8 a.m. Monday (Nov. 15) at the Grand Valley State athletic offices located in the GVSU Fieldhouse. In addition, you can call (616) 331-8800 to purchase tickets. Cost is $6 for adults and $4 for GVSU students with ID.

Grand Valley State advanced to round two with a 16-13 victory at Winona State last Saturday (Nov. 13). Northwood claimed a 35-14 victory over the Lakers earlier this season in Allendale.
