Allendale, Mich. - Cullen Finnerty was named the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week it was announced Sunday by the league office in Bay City, Mich. Finnerty set a GLIAC and GVSU single-game record by completing .900 percent of his pass attempts in the Lakers' 53-10 victory over Indianapolis. Finnerty, who played just two and one-half quarters, completed 18-of-20 passes for 251 yards and three TDs. Finnerty also rushed for 35 yards and one TD on eight carries. Cullen was named GLIAC Offensive Player of the Week on October 6 following the Lakers' victory over Michigan Tech.

Grand Valley State, third in the latest NCAA Northeast Regional poll, will hit the road for its regular season finale Saturday (Nov. 15) at Findlay. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m.
