All participants in Grand Valley State Summer camps must fill out a medical information form to bring with the registration. The form can be downloaded and printed here.
Grades 7-12
Philosophy:
The camp philosophy is to provide solid fundamental football skills in all aspects of line play: run and pass blocking, reading keys, conditioning, and flexibility drills. We will teach techniques that are vital to the athlete in reaching his fullest potential. There will also be instruction in weight training, running techniques, flexibility exercises, and special skills.
Purpose:
The camp is to teach every player the fundamental and advanced skills necessary to make him a better football player and to help him develop further athletic ideals in sportsmanship, leadership, and citizenship. An evaluation of each player will be submitted to the participant at the end of camp.
Details:
The camp will be conducted at Grand Valley State, utilizing the college's athletic facilities. Campers will be housed in Stafford Living Center and supervised by the camp staff. Check-in time is between noon and 2:00 P.M. on Friday June 25. All meals, beginning Friday evening through Monday lunch, are included in the registration fee. Commuters are provided all meals except breakfast.
Double sessions will begin on Friday and will continue through Monday. The daily schedule provides time to enjoy such campus recreational activities as tennis, basketball, swimming, volleyball, and weight facilities. A full-time trainer will be available.

Tuition: The cost is $295 for resident campers and $215 for commuters. The fee includes room and board, instruction, position hand-outs, football training films, and a t-shirt. Commuters have lunch and dinner in the dorm. Helmet rental fee is $20. A special rate is available for a school that brings their entire offensive line (5 positions) or defensive line (4 or 5 positions), their coach can attend camp free of charge (room and board free) and each individual lineman will receive a $25 discount (cost will be $270 for resident and $190 for commuter). Full payment or a $100 deposit is required with application, with the balance due on on the June 25 registration.

Special Guest Clinician: There will be a special guest lecturer during the camp to be named later. We will invite a well known coach who will be a great technician in line play and a great motivator.
NFL offensive linemen will be at camp to demonstrate and instruct, learn from the best.
