High School: Prepped at East Grand Rapids High School under head coach Peter Stuursma...Named to the Division 3-4 All-State team by the Associated Press...Ran the ball 246 times for 2,043 yards and 18 touchdowns as a senior...Had 23 carries for 98 yards and one catch for 27 yards in the 2009 Michigan state championship game to go along with four tackles and one fumble recovery on defense.
