Prior to GVSU:
2005: Granted a medical redshirt after a season-ending achilles injury versus Kentucky.
2004: Started all 11 games at cornerback...Led the team with nine pass breakups, second with two interceptions and fourth with 45 tackles...Tallied 10 solo tackles to go along with a pair of pass breakups, an interception and a forced fumble at then-No. 24 Oregon...Recorded an interception and pass breakup against Michigan State and seven tackles (four solo and three assists) at Northwestern...Larkins registered four or more tackles on seven occasions during the season.
2003: Started three of 12 games (Michigan State, Northwestern and Ohio State)...Larkins posted seven solo tackles against Northwestern, and added four solo stops each at Michigan and Michigan State. He returned a blocked punt 37 yards for a touchdown against the Wolverines...Recorded 18 total stops.
2002: After playing the first four games as a reserve, Larkins got the chance to start in the Hoosiers' fifth game and was the starter for the rest of the season at free safety...Larkins recorded 49 total tackles and 33 solo stops in 2002. He also had one tackle for loss, one forced fumble, one interception and four pass breakups...His first career interception came against Penn State, and he returned it 59 yards for a touchdown...It was the eighth-longest interception return for a touchdown in school history and the longest since 1997...Larkins' TD return, coupled with Joe Gonzalez's TD return against Kentucky, marked the first time Indiana had returned two interceptions for touchdowns in a season since 1997.
2001: Redshirted as freshman.
High School: Prepped at Cathedral (Ind.) High School...Helped Cathedral to a 10-1 record, while playing every game at safety and wide receiver as a senior...Part of two state championships during his career at Cathedral...Recorded 32 tackles, three interceptions, nine pass breakups, and two blocked kicks at safety his senior year...He also caught 11 passes for 263 yards in 2000.
