High School: Prepped at Dearborn High School...Played for head coach Dave Mifsud...Detroit Free Press Division 2 All-State at running back, named All-West cornerback by the Detroit News...named all-city, all-league, All-Metro West...Had over 300 all-purpose yards and seven touchdowns in playoff game against Walled Lake Western as a senior...Started at cornerback and picked off five passes, had seven deflections, and blocked two extra points in addition to 26 tackles...Also played quarterback, running back, and wide receiver...Had 133 carries for 1,109 yards and 15 touchdowns, caught 25 passes for 388 yards and three touchdowns, and returned 10 punts for 183 yards and one touchdown...Returned a kickoff for touchdown and threw two touchdown passes...Accounted for a school-record seven touchdowns in one game...Ranked the #84 player in the state of Michigan by Scout.com following his senior season...Also participated in basketball and track.
