High School: Prepped at Lapeer East High School...Played for head coach Brett Moore...Named to All-Flint Metro League team on the offensive line as a senior after earning the Jake Long Award for best offensive lineman at Lapeer East after starting every game as a senior and not allowing any sacks...Was an All-Flint Metro League honorable mention as a junior on the offensive line...Named all-area as both a junior and senior...Ranked the #94 player in the state of Michigan by Scout.com following his senior season...Also played basketball and was part of the Mid-Michigan Lakers U-17 team.
