2009:Earned third varsity letter after playing in all 15 games with nine starts...Key part of an offensive line that helped the Lakers rank ninth in rushing (237.3 ypg), 11th in total offense (455.1 ypg), 12th in scoring (36.8 ppg) and third in sacks allowed per game (.57) nationally.
2008: Earned second varsity letter after seeing action as a reserve offensive lineman...Also saw action on special teams.
2007: Earned first varsity letter after seeing action as a reserve offensive lineman.
2006: Redshirted...GVSU Offensive Scout Team Player of the Year.
High School: Prepped at Stevensville Lakeshore High School...Two-time All-Southwestern Michigan Athletic Conference honoree...Earned all-area plaudits....Team was a combined 18-3 during final two prep campaigns...Also participated in baseball and track...Continues a tradition of 13 straight years having a former Stevensville-Lakeshore player on the GVSU roster.
