Allendale, Mich. - Grand Valley State senior forward Jeff Grauzer (St. Clair Shores, Mich./Warren De La Salle) has been named to the 2005-06 Basketball Coaches Association of Michigan College Academic-Athletic Honor Team. Grauzer was the only DII player named to the Men's BCAM Academic-Athletic Honor Team.

Grauzer was a key performer for the Laker basketball team that captured the GLIAC regular season and conference tournament titles en route to a 27-4 record. GVSU finished the 2005-06 season ranked #4 in the final DII coaches poll released prior to the NCAA Tournament. Jeff averaged 3.5 points and 2.9 rebounds his senior year, while shooting 76.1 percent from the charity stripe. The 2005-06 GLIAC All-Academic Team pick averaged 5.1 points and 2.5 rebounds during his 107-game career at Grand Valley State.
