Allendale, Mich. - Grand Valley State (45-14-1) will face Emporia State (46-13) Saturday (May 23) at 5 p.m. in NCAA DII National Baseball Tournament action at the USA Natioanal Baseball Training Complex in Cary, N.C. Grand Valley State is coming off its fourth NCAA DII Midwest Regional title in the last seven years.

Grand Valley State will take on either Mesa State (43-13) or Belmont Abbey (38-24) in the second game. Should Grand Valley State lose Saturday, it will play at 1 p.m. Monday in a loser's bracket game; if the Lakers win, their next game would be at 5 p.m. Monday.

GVSU will have more information on internet coverage, both of the audio and video capacity, on the NCAA DII National Baseball Tournament Wednesday.
