CHILLICOTHE, Ohio - Junior Cory Maguire hit a two-run home run in both games on Saturday as Grand Valley State defeated Findlay 14-6 and downed Lake Erie 15-4. The No. 3 Lakers are no 14-2 on the season and have won six consecutive games.
Sophomore Joe Jablonski (3-0) earned the win against Findlay, while freshman Kyle Schepel (2-0) shut down Lake Erie in his second collegiate start. Senior Matt Cade and junior Jared Knuth both made appearances on the mound, as well.
