2011: Appeared in 17 games, all in relief... Finished the season 1-0 with a 2.45 ERA, one save and 17 K in 22.0 IP...Part of three shutouts during the season...Had 12 scoreless appearances...Threw 2.1 innings, allowing only one hit while striking out four against Minnesota State-Mankato (3/6) to earn the win.

Prior To GVSU: Spent two seasons at Lake Michigan College in Benton Harbor, Mich....Played for Scott Ponegalek...Went 8-4 with a 6.18 ERA and 45 strikeous in 55.1 innings pitched in 2010...Went 4-0 with a 2.83 ERA and 29 strikeouts in 47.2 innings pitched in 2009.

High School: Prepped at Dowagiac High School...Played for Andy Kruger...Named all-conference and all-district three times...Went 3-1 with a 3.40 ERA as a senior...Was 9-3 with a 2.23 ERA as a junior...Tallied an 11-1 record with a 2.80 ERA as a sophomore...Went 5-2 with a 2.85 ERA as a freshman.
