Team Rademacher Wins Fall World Series
Team led by senior Cory Rademacher wins intersquad series 2-1 over Team Laupp
2011: Honorable mention All-GLIAC...Played in 30 games (28 starts)...Hit .346 with 21 runs, 28 hits, five doubles, three home runs, 16 RBI, a .519 slugging percentage and a .454 on-base percentage... Finished second on the team in sacrifice bunts (6) and fifth in on-base percentage...Caught 12 of 20 potential base stealers during the season including three pickoffs...Had five multi-hit games and five multi-RBI games...Had a nine-game hitting streak during the season...Had a 12-game reached base streak...Tied a career high with three hits in the Midwest Regional against Wayne State in a 3-for-4, three-RBI performance in the championship game...Had a grand slam against Gannon on 3/4.
2010: Played in 30 games (26 starts)...Hit .365 (31-85) with three homeruns and 23 RBI...Recorded three doubles and 18 runs...Tallied a .506 slugging percentage and .439 on-base percentage...Collected seven multi-hit games and seven multi-RBI games...Went 3-for-3 with two runs against Augustana (3/13)...Went 3-for-6 with two runs against Ashland (5/7) in the GLIAC Tournament...Collected seven two-RBI games on the year.
2009: Played in 24 games (17 starts)...Hit .283 (15-53) with one homer and one double...Was 3-for-6 with a two RBI and a run scored vs. Lake Erie (3/14)...Hit a pinch-hit two-run HR in GLIAC Tournament vs. Wayne State (5/8) in 12-11 Laker win...Started the opening game of the DII World Series behind the dish for an injured Bobby Walmsley.
High School: Prepped at Davison High School...Played for Tim Rye...Started as a freshman and earned All-Big 9 Conference Honorable Mention...Named All-Big 9, All-Area, and Second Team All-State as a junior...Hit .510 with 38 RBI as a senior and named All-Big 9, All-Area, First Team All-State and to the Detroit Free Press Dream Team...Also earned all-state honors in wrestling and football as a quarterback.
