DJ Foster joined the Grand Valley State staff as the Assistant Sports Information Director in July 2008. He comes to GVSU after holding the same position at Ashland University from 2006 to 2008. Foster also was a graduate assistant at Ashland, where he received a Master's degree in Sport Education in May 2008. During his undergraduate work at Ashland, Foster earned a Bachelor of Arts degree as he double majored in Sport Communication and Electronic Media Production.
